回鍋肉食譜 :
五花腩1磅(453克)
五花腩汆水:
紹興酒1湯匙
適量薑

豆豉1湯匙
蒜頭3瓣
適量薑
洋蒜苗1/2磅(230克)
小甜椒2隻 (可用辣椒)
筍尖1罐
(可用任何種類筍)
紹興酒1湯匙

混合醬:
辣豆瓣醬1湯匙
甜麵醬1湯匙
生抽1湯匙
糖1茶匙
粟粉1/2湯匙
水3/4杯

Twice cooked pork recipe:
1 lb(453g)pork belly
Blanch the pork:
1 Tbsp cooking wine
Some ginger

1 Tbsp douchi
3 cloves garlic
Some ginger
1/2 lb(230g)Leek
2 sweet mini pepper (can use chili)
1can Bambooshoots
(You can use any kind of bambooshoots)
1 Tbsp cooking wine

Sauce mix:
1 Tbsp chili bean sauce
1 Tbsp
sweet bean sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup water
